Objective: To efficiently and timeously plan and co-ordinate work to the benefit of both client and enterprise.

Tool: (Display Planning System) All operations / progress can be visualised in one big picture. Amendments can be seen and clearly understood, whilst sight is not being lost of the overall objective or the dependencies attached to revised commitments.

Personnel: Consists of a production manager, planner, buyer, work-ticket writer, and assistants – each with an important task in coordinating and ensuring the smooth flow of the job. Planning is the key to success, and it is of course essential to communicate developments on a continuous basis to everyone concerned, so as to ensure that all objectives are achieved.
